In 2004, Howard Miller left the corporate world and became an entrepreneur. After maintaining his own books while growing a consulting business, he then decided to add bookkeeping and quickbooks consulting to his business model. His unique

qualifications include:

  • Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor since 2012

  • Over 20 years in the corporate world

  • Taught financial software to accountants and financial analysts

  • Entrepreneur since 2004.  Kept own books.

  • CFO of a non profit

  • B.S in Math and Computer Science

Head Bookkeeper

Howard has been on the boards of the National Speakers Association Northern California Chapter, ASTD (American Society of Trainers and Developers) and Golden Gate Business Association. He was a Big Brother for seven years and volunteered for San Francisco Suicide Prevention. Howard has a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, from the State University of New York at Albany, Albany, NY, a Certificate in Training and Human Resource Development from University of California, Berkeley, and graduated from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, California.

Michelle Funk has a passion for numbers and has worked in various capacities throughout the years.  With an accounting background, she has handled reconciliations, payroll, and loans for various industries.  As the bookkeeper who oversees the other bookkeepers on the team, Michelle works to make sure each client's book are up to date and accurate.

Rachelle owns and operates a small electrical business. 

She is well versed in customer service, human resources, recruitment, marketing, communication, financials operations, office management, and of course, bookkeeping.

Jamie has provided accounting and business consulting to a wide variety of industries, including real estate development, rental property management, high net worth individuals/family accounting, non-profit organizations and service businesses.   Jamie’s diverse experience is frequently called upon by Howard when deeper analysis might be needed to meet a client’s needs.
